Other Services

Apostille Services

Working with you, our notary public will help you through the process of requesting an apostille for certain documents that cannot be notarized, but as a notary we can notarize certificates so that the documents can be processed through the State of Georgia.

An apostille is a single sheet of paper in a specific internationally agreed-upon format that contains ten distinct items. The apostille will be attached to your document.

 Authentication Services

If you need to send documents to non-Hague countries outside the United States, they will need to be authenticated according to the requirements set forth by the State of Georgia, otherwise known as the Georgia authentication (Great Seal) process.  The authentication process differs by country, and certifying a document can require multiple visits to various government departments, each having a different processing time.

  • Consent forms
  • Resigns
  • Tax documents (only as required by law)
  • Business partnerships
  • Incorporation paperwork that clearly indicates notarial service required.
  • Other business-related paperwork
  • Promissory notes
  • Employment documents
  • State of Georgia documents (where it states a notary is required to process)
  • County documents (where it states a notary is required to process)
  • Other applications and documents

Please note: Publicly recorded documents must be official certified copies with the signature and seal of the issuing Georgia state or county official, and can never be notarized.
