Intern Pre-Engagement Questions
At Foreman & Associates we are more concerned with the "whole" applicant and not just the resume, or your responses to traditionally interview questions. We want to get to know you before we even review your resume, or meet you face-to-face. You are more than job descriptions and listed duties, and we want to make sure that the individuals who work closely with our clients "fit" our culture and business model.
Below you will find more than 20 Pre-Engagement questions that you MUST complete and submit with your resume, cover letter, list of references, and portfolio (if applicable). Before an interview will be scheduled, these questions and documents MUST be submitted to our Human Resources Department for review and processing. Certain questions have highlighted tips and instructions to help you answer with ease. Please note that you will not be required to complete an application, as this also serves as your application.
